Checklist for Shutdown

At the conclusion of your event, you’ll be expected to check each item on this list to make sure it has been completed before departing for the night. If you have permission to complete cleaning the next morning, you’ll confirm each item again after finishing clean-up.

  • Wipe tables and bar tops.
  • Check chairs for spills and sticky spots.
